Yes, you have first to install the NDIS3PKT packet driver shim from Dan Lanciani. This free package is available from http://www.danlan.com/.
After the installation of NDIS3PKT, you can start Ethload in a DOS box with the following command line:
ETHLOAD -N
Beware that as the packet driver shim does not provide data link statistics, the first screen of Ethload will always display 0 Future version of Ethload will address this problem.
2. How can I display numeric/symbolic addresses ?
Ethload can display MAC, IP, DECnet, OSI addresses either by numerical values or by symbols. The symbols are derived dynamically from the LAN traffic (e.g. DNS request, LAN Manager broadcasts, ) or are defined statically from dictionaries.
